Felixstowe and Trimley have a bus service operated by First Eastern Counties Bus Company.
All Felixstowe services go via Great Eastern Square (GES). In Ipswich all services end and depart from the Old Cattle Market (OCM) bus station.
Service 75 - Grange Farm (Morrisons) via GES and Walton and Trimley to Ipswich OCM
Service 73 - Old Felixstowe via Grove Medical Centre, GES, through the town centre via Highfield Road, Orwell Road and Garrison Lane into Walton, then on to Trimley, Kirton and other villages to Martlesham and Woodbridge
Service 77 - Landguard Fort via Langer Road (Lidl) GES and Walton and Trimley to Ipswich OCM
Service X7Fast - Grange Farm (Morrisons) via GES then express along the A14 to Ipswich Rail station then OCM. One bus in the morning and one return to Felixstowe in the late afternoon.
