All FTW's Coach Tours will start from Garrison Lane Coach Park. The coach will then pick up and set down at Great Eastern Square followed by all bus stops in Walton and Trimleys upon request. Please do not enter the coach until the Steward has booked you in.

SEAT BELTS - It is now a legal requirement for coach drives, or group organisers, to request that passengers wear seat belts while the coach is in motion.  Passengers who choose not wear seat belts do so at their own risk and absolve FTW and the coach operator from any liability in the event of consequential injury.

On long trips (3 hours or more) we try to include a comfort stop (toilets and drinks).  Many passengers take a packed lunch and it is often possible to consume this on the coach or on arrival at our destination. Food can normally be purchased during breaks and at destinations.  Please watch the weather and bring top-coats etc. if thought advisable. With permission of the coach driver, it may be possible to leave personal items on the coach but if so this will be at the owners risk.

Our fares include £1 gratuity for the coach driver.  This saves embarrassment to passengers and obviates the need for the Steawrd to make a collection on the coach.

PAYMENT Both cash and cheques (payable to Felixstowe Travel Watch) are acceptable if you are booking at a meeting, otherwise please pay by cheque which can be posted to Mrs G. Esmarch at the address shown on the booking form. (NB - except for Tours 1, 7 & 10 - post to Phil Speirs)  You may pay for more than one Tour with the same cheque.  If however you wish to pay by cash, please telephone first to ensure that the person you wish to pay will be at home to receive the money and issue you with a ticket or a receipt.  Please accompany all payments with a booking form.

NEW FOR 2017 -

FTW reserves the right to cancel any Tour if there are insufficient places booked, in which event full refunds will be given.

DEPOSITS - If you choose to pay a deposit only when booking, please ensure that you pay the balance by at least three weeks before the trip.

FULL FARE TOURS - are those where FTW has to book venues or pay entrance fees in advance.  For 2017 this will apply to Tours 4 (Mystery) 6, (NENTA) 7, Southwold, 8 (Blue Badge) 9 (Woodbridge G & S) and 11 (Thursford).  For these tours, full payment is required with your completed Booking Form and no refunds will be given on these Tours unless your ticket is taken up by someone else.
